It reads your own books

The system watches how your pharmacy actually sells, and tells you what it noticed

Not an assistant you talk to, and it does not write anything for you. It is arithmetic on your own numbers: what your shop really sold over past months, and where there is a pattern steady enough to rely on.

Demand forecasting — when something runs out, and how much to order

The system watches how fast each item leaves the shelf. If Panadol goes out at twenty boxes a week and you have forty, you have two weeks — and it tells you that before the shelf is empty, not after a customer asks. It also works out how much will last until the next delivery arrives, so you are neither tying up money in stock that sits nor running dry on something people keep asking for.

Useful for: purchase orders, cash tied up in stock, items that keep running out.

Basket analysis — what gets bought with what

It looks at whole receipts rather than single items, and tells you what keeps being bought together on one bill. Once you know two things leave together on most receipts, you know where to put them on the shelf, which of them must never run out, and what is worth the person at the till mentioning.

Useful for: shelf layout, offers, and what you cannot afford to be out of.

And what it does not do

It does not prescribe, does not suggest a clinical alternative, and does not decide anything for you — the judgement stays yours, and the system only shows what it noticed. It also does not work from nothing: it needs real selling history from your own pharmacy before it can say anything worth acting on, and until there is enough it says so rather than guessing.

Your numbers stay yours

The arithmetic runs on your pharmacy's data alone. Your figures do not leave for anywhere else and are never mixed with another pharmacy's.
